SECRETS OF THOMAS EDISON'S SUCCESS.

Thomas Edison in his life time had over 1000 patents. Most of which revolutionized the world in which we live in. He was acclaimed the greatest inventor of the modern age.He was a manufacturer, a business man and a founder of organized research. He was born on February 11th in 1847 in Milan Ohio. The last born of  7 children.

Had formal education for only 3 months and quit because he could not adapt to the routine of schools.

His mother a former teacher started teaching him at home.As early as 9 years old he started performing experiments on his own he had learnt from the books he had read.

He Got a Job as a candy seller and newspaper man to earn money to do more of his research. He never depended on formal education but depended on books he had read on his own.

Does focus on formal education  really  yield success in our present day society ?Have a look at his laboratory, some of his workers and his Congressional Gold Medal award.
